A Brief Introduction to current and upcoming Programs and Projects under Stairway Foundation
Stairway Foundation always strives to reach and protect more children through direct services, through training of care givers and through advocacy for the protection and the promotion of children’s rights. It is always our aim to come up with new strategies and programs that will further enhance our status as a most innovative and effective Child Rights NGO.
Stairway relies on the generosity of individuals and funding partners to support our programs and special projects. To date, we have enjoyed long-term and successful relationships with international funding partners such as DANIDA (from Denmark), Kindernothilfe (from Germany), Leger Foundation (from Canada), UNICEF Philippines, Cordaid (from the Netherlands) and many more.
A most significant source of income to run our programs and activities is through our Danish sister organization, Stairway Denmark, which consists of a group of dedicated people, who on a 100% volunteer basis manage to raise a substantial amount of our operational budgets. As Stairway Denmark is an all volunteer organization with zero expenses for office, administration or any other overheads, 100% of the money they raise goes to support our work here in the Philippines.
We are also grateful for our individual contributors who donate by: purchasing items from our in-house store, by giving needed supplies and equipment, by hosting fund-raisers, and by giving financial donations while visiting our center or our web-site.
We would not be where we are today, without the help of generous people like YOU.
