Coimbatore – I visited this small Hindu Temple in Coimbatore (South India). I was the only foreigner there, and thus, I quickly became the center of attention (this was not a tourist temple). This vendor “mimed” that I take her photo, which I obliged, but she specifically wanted a photo of her feeding her dog. Of course I obliged. How often do you get asked by a temple vendor to have her photo taken while she feeds her dog?
